MADI (Mid-Atlantic Dance Initiative)
MADI needed a website that could support its growing programs, events, scholarships, and community outreach while clearly communicating its mission. Last Call Marketing designed and launched a modern, user-friendly website that improved accessibility and organization. Today, we continue to maintain and update the site, ensuring it remains a valuable resource for dancers, educators, sponsors, and supporters throughout the year.

GRÜV – Social Media & Event Marketing
Since May 2025, Last Call Marketing has managed GRÜV's social media presence and event promotion strategy, creating content and graphics for happy hours, trivia, karaoke, DJs, block parties, private events, and more. Our ongoing efforts have generated more than 590,000 page views, 7,000 content interactions, and 1,000 link clicks, helping drive event attendance, customer engagement, and brand visibility. Through consistent marketing, strong visual identity, and strategic promotion, we've helped reinforce GRÜV's position as one of Downtown Charleston's most recognized and active restaurant and bar destinations.

Academy of Arts at January's – Website & Enrollment Marketing
Academy of Arts at January's partnered with Last Call Marketing to increase enrollment for its spring session through a combination of website improvements and targeted Meta advertising. Working alongside a Chicago-based dance studio marketing agency, we developed a lead-generation strategy centered around free trial classes and streamlined online engagement. The campaign resulted in a 70%+ increase in class attendance, helping introduce new families to the studio and grow enrollment. We continue to support Academy of Arts at January's through ongoing marketing efforts and future session promotions.

Hawk Knob Cidery & Greenbrier Valley Brewing
Last Call Marketing supported Hawk Knob Cider and Greenbrier Valley Brewing through a combination of brand development, sales support, and event marketing. Our work included designing tap handles, creating professional sales materials for distributor and retail outreach, and promoting both brands at community events. Through sponsorship negotiations with the Charleston Sternwheel Regatta, we secured promotional placements on the event's 40-foot video screen, helping showcase their products to an audience of more than 250,000 attendees throughout the week-long festival and increasing visibility for two of West Virginia's premier craft beverage brands.

Leah's Legacy
As Leah's Legacy expanded, maintaining a consistent and professional identity became increasingly important. Last Call Marketing developed a comprehensive Brand Guidelines & Brand Book that established the organization's visual identity, messaging, tone of voice, and marketing standards. This foundation created consistency across social media, sponsorship materials, event signage, merchandise, and digital platforms.
In addition to brand development, we continue to support Leah's Legacy through website management, event promotion, sponsor outreach, and participant engagement. Together, these efforts help strengthen awareness of the organization, bring 800+ attendees to their annual 5k, and support a scholarship program that has raised more than $17,500 for local student-athletes while honoring Leah's legacy.
